Nerja ranked in top 10 of emerging global destinations

Nerja has been ranked number nine on a list of the top 10 emerging worldwide destinations by travel website, TripAdvisor.

The island of Ishigaki in Japan claimed the top spot on the Travellers' Choice list.

Nerja is the only listed destination in Spain and just one of four chosen hot spots in the whole of Europe, along with Gdansk in Poland, Riga in Latvia and Rovinj in Croatia.
