Guitar Festival

There are two concerts every night beginning at 9pm with a fifteen minute break in between. The guitarists come from Spain, Italy, Holland, US, Bulgaria, Germany and France and offer all style of guitar music. During the day there will be guitar exhibitions and workshops, concerts and conferences.

The Festival Internacional Jazz Vejer returns for its third edition with concerts that include Shai Maestro Trio, Andrea Motis and Joan Chamorro Quartet, Tank and The Bangas, Chicuelo and Mezquida, Leo Minax and Mistoquente, O Sister! and Juno and Darrell.

The Rondalla Sierra Almijara orchestra will perform a concert in honour of Jose Millón Poveda (Pepe Millón) who died last year and who was director and one of the biggest promoters of the orchestra.

Music in the Dolmens

A concert by Brasileirinho, a group who pay tribute to the greats such as Nelson Sargento, Carlos Lyra, Zé Keti and Adonirán Barbosa with a wide repertoire of bossa nova, samba, chor and a touch of jazz.
