How many fans will be able to attend Malaga CF's La Rosaleda stadium on Monday, 16 August? The answer is still unknown, as the authorities continue to analyse the coronavirus situation to make a decision.
Meetings have continued at between the Ministry of Health and the regions, but without definitive conclusions being drawn. They will continue to watch the evolution of the pandemic in the coming days to have more data before adjusting the maximum capacity at football league matches at the start of the season.
However, it seems clear that the high percentages that were being considered two months ago are unlikely to happen.
The delayed decision has prevented Malaga CF from putting season tickets on sale, which will add to financial pressures on the club.
What will be decided very soon, will be the capacity that the clubs can use in the summer tournaments, and it is likely to be around 30 percent of the capacity of each stadium.
