The Spanish American Football Federation (FEFA) has ratified the decision to allow the Potros into Serie A after the league structure was modified last year, incorporating the second tier teams into the top division.
This means that winners of the regional divisions, which has been the case for the Potros for the last three years, can be promoted to the elite.
