The Junta de Andalucía has reported a slight decrease in the number of new coronavirus infections in the region in the last 24 hours: with 311 new cases - some 51 fewer than Monday.
The Andalusian Institute of Statistics and Cartography (IECA) has also registered eight Covid-19 deaths in the region in the last day.
The cumulative incidence rate for the region remaind stable at 57.2 cases per 100,000 inhabitants - the same figure as Monday - but down 11.8 in the last seven days.
The 311 cases this Tuesday are registered after the 362 on Monday, 425 on Saturday, 521 on Friday, 392 on Thursday, 468 on Wednesday and the 292 last Tuesday.
Seville is the province that has registered the most positive infections with 110, followed by Malaga with 93, Almería (36), Granada (19), Huelva (18), Cádiz (16), Cordoba (15) and Jaén with four.
Regarding the eight deaths, Cadiz registered three, Jaén and Granada two each, and Malaga one.
