A 24-year-old chart-topping singer from the Costa del Sol has become the face of a new Pandora jewellery collection in Spain.
In a bid to strengthen ties with the so-called Generation Z - young people who have very clear ideas and are willing to express themselves through their style - the new Pandora ME collection was born.
And the Danish company has now chosen Ana Mena from Malaga, who has led the music rankings thanks to hits like 'Se iluminaba' or 'Un beso de improviso', and become the most listened to national artist in Spain - as its public image.
Ana Mena is in fashion, that is indisputable. A pull that has made Pandora notice her, making her an ambassador for her new 'ME' line, based on bracelets and necklaces with large links, hoop earrings or rings that can be grouped by connectors form the backbone of a line in which smiley faces or emojis are also featured.
Inspired by the world of music and online culture, Pandora ME ‘features top-quality materials (sterling silver, 14-carat rose gold and unique ruthenium-plated metallic blends as well as freshwater cultured pearls and shiny enamels.
In Spain, in addition to Ana Mena, Patricia Mayala has been selected as the image of the brand.
With this new campaign, the singer from Malaga adds a new milestone in her multifaceted career. At just 13 years old, she won a Disney Channel musical contest, and in 2011 she was in the Almodóvar film 'La piel que habito', where she played Norma Ledgard, the daughter of Antonio Banderas' character. It was a role on the small screen - in the series 'Vive cantando' - which would end up being decisive for her leap into the music industry, where he has triumphed for years, both in Italy and in Spain with her already characteristic battle cry: 'From Malaga to the world!'
