A wildfire has been declared by Infoca in Frigiliana, in the Axarquia, this Monday evening, 27 September.

The specialist forest fire brigade reported the incident at 6.30pm, specifically in an area known as the Pago Piedras Blancas.

Infoca has deployed a total of 52 firefighters, three technicians, two environmental officers and five aircraft including five helicopters and a coordination aircraft.
