The Andalusian Health Service has announced details of the mass coronavirus vaccination sessions, without a prior appointment, in different parts of Malaga province this week, in an effort to accelerate the Covid-19 jab campaign.
The sessions will be open to people over 12 years of age, registered with the SAS health service, and messenger RNA vaccines (Moderna or Pfizer) will be administered.
In total, there will be 70 centres that will be enabled across Andalucía throughout the week, of which a dozen are in Malaga province. They are as follows:
Malaga city: Monday to Friday at the Palacio de Ferias (from 9am to 7pm) and the Colonia Santa Inés health centre (8.30am to 7pm)
Nerja: López Cuenca Pavilion (Monday and Wednesday, 8.30am to 2.30pm)
Vélez: Fairground (Monday and Wednesday from 8.30am to 2.30pm and Thursday, from 8.30am to 9pm)
Ronda: El Fuerte Sports Centre (Monday to Thursday, 9am to 2pm and 4pm to 8pm)
Benalmádena: High Resolution Hospital (Monday and Friday from 9am to 2.30pm and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9am to 2.30pm and from 3pm to 7.30pm)
Estepona: Palacio de Congresos (Monday to Thursday from 4pm to 7pm)
Fuengirola: Palacio de la Paz (Monday and Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.)
Marbella: Palacio de Congresos (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9am to 1.30pm and from 2.30pm to 7pm)
San Pedro Alcántara: Old fairgrounds (Monday and Thursday from 2.30pm to 7.30pm and Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 3pm to 7pm)
Mijas Costa: Cortijo Don Elías (Monday to Thursday from 12noon to 7pm and Friday, from 9am to 2pm and from 3pm to 6pm)
Sabinillas: Health Centre (Tuesday and Wednesday, from 8.15am to 2pm)
