The Costa del Sol is aiming to promote more language-learning tourism in the region.
The tourist board has produced an 'ebook' with all the information about what the destination can offer for anyone who wants to learn Spanish in Malaga province.
The CEO of Costa del Sol Tourism, Margarita Del Cid, points out that “the region offers more than thirty specialised centres, with a long and accredited history in teaching Spanish to students” and the area can offer foreign students all the services they need during their stay in the province, including accommodation.”
The tourist board is focussing on the high interest in learning Spanish, which after Chinese, has established itself as the most widely-spoken language in the world and, after English, is one of the most important international languages in the field of business.
Costa del Sol Tourism has highlighted some the reasons to study Spanish in Malaga and lists, among them “a mild climate with 320 days of sunshine a year, great beaches, impressive landscapes, nature, monuments, a varied cultural and leisure offer, a first-rate hotel infrastructure, and prestigious Spanish schools accredited by the Cervantes Institute. A place full of light where leisure, fun and warmth go hand in hand to turn the visitor's stay into a unique and unforgettable experience.”
