The Junta de Andalucía’s Ministry of Health will carry out mass coronavirus screening sessions in five Malaga municipalities this week, following a decision taken by the committee for high impact public health alerts.
These voluntary tests will be carried out in the towns of Cuevas de San Marcos, Cañete la Real, Árchez, Arenas and El Burgo.
This Monday the town of Arenas will hold the first session and on Tuesday the Junta will move one of its mobile testing units to Cuevas de San Marcos, as announced by the towns on their social networks.
The town council in El Burgo has also indicated on its social networks that the screening in the municipality will be on Thursday 25 February for 310 residents and urged the members of the public summoned to attend the antigen tests.
The Andalusian health service will send an SMS text message to the selected persons from each of the towns informing them of the date, time and place they should voluntarily attend.
