Police and volunteers search for a missing 76-year-old man in Malaga

The National Police, with the help of civil protection volunteers, are looking for a 76-year-old man who disappeared this Monday in Malaga.

The missing person is Boris Pareja and he was reported missing at 4pm.

Neighbours last saw Boris waiting at a bus stop at around 7.20am, when he was going to the city centre to make a cash withdrawal from his usual bank.

Relatives became worried at around 1pm, because "he is usually at home earlier to take care of his wife".

At around 4.20pm the 112 emergency control room received a call from a member of the public who claims to have seen the missing person in the Montes de Málaga.

Currently the teams are searching the area try and locate him.

Boris is described as being around 85 kilograms in weight and 1.70 metres tall.
