Series of road improvement projects started to make the Axarquía safer

Six roads, which provide access to Árchez, Benamargosa, Benamocarra, Cútar and Riogordo, are undergoing repairs
Malaga's provincial authority, the Diputación, has started a series of improvement projects on roads around the Axarquía.
A budget of 48,375 euros has been set aside to improve surfaces on the MA-3116 access road to Benamocarra from the A-356 and the MA-5103 Árchez to Corumbela road.
Further work will be carried out to the MA-3107 between Benamargosa and Riogordo, the MA-3108 from Benamargosa to Cútar and the MA-5104 and A-7206 near Árchez.
A Diputación spokesperson said the work was essential to make driving "safer and more comfortable."
