Owners and tenants of business premises in Puerto Banús have met again in their ongoing dispute with the company that owns the concession to operate the luxury marina. They are angry at what they see as price hikes in fees to operate outdoor terraces, permits for vehicle access and use of other facilities.

They want Marbella council to take over the operation of the public spaces in the port, which so far the town hall has refused to look into, saying it is the concession holder's responsibility.
