A 40-year-old Italian man has been arrested for trying to sell two houses, neither of which he owned. The suspect was a tenant in one of the properties and had stolen the keys to the second home, as well as putting both properties up for sale without the owner's consent. The police began their investigation at a property agency in Torremolinos, who had agreed to pay the man 12,000 euros as a deposit. They quickly tracked the suspect down and charged him with fraud, falsifying documents and robbery.
