Lions club recognises dedication of long-serving members

The second award went to Anne Bowles, who, among her many tasks, runs the Diabetics Support Group. Anne was given the Chevron Award, which is presented to members who have given ten years of service to the association.

Both awards were presented by President Graham Rutland, who described Rosemary and Anne as "great assets to the club", adding, "We wish them both many more happy years with the Lions."
