Andalucía's Covid incidence rate rises, for the fifth consecutive time, to 32.1

A total of 263 new coronavirus infections have been reported in the last 48 hours

The Andalusian region has this Monday, 25 October, registered a total of 263 coronavirus infections in the last 48 hours, lower than the 289 of last Monday and the 282 of Saturday.

One Covid-19 death has been recorded, the same as a week ago and six fewer than the seven on Saturday.

According to the Andalusian Institute of Statistics and Cartography (IECA) date, the 14 day cumulative incidence has risen 0.4 to 32.1 cases per 100,000 inhabitants compared to 31.7 on Saturday, the rate is also higher than the 30.1 registered a week ago.

The 263 positives for this Monday and Sunday (48 hours) are counted after the 282 on Saturday, 275 on Friday, 307 on Thursday, 227 on Wednesday, 183 on Tuesday and the 289 last Monday and Sunday.

Malaga is the province that registers the most new coronavirus infections with 73, followed by Jaén with 43, Cordoba (38), Almeria (31), Seville (29), Granada (21), Huelva (18) and Cadiz with ten.

The one Covid-19 death was recorded in Malaga.
