Andalucía has registered a total of 242 coronavirus infections in the last 24 hours, according to the official figures released this Tuesday, 26 October.
The number is higher than the 183 of last Tuesday, but lower than the 263 on Monday. The region has also recorded five Covid-19 deaths, two fewer than a week ago (seven) but more than Monday (one).
According to the data from the Andalusian Institute of Statistics and Cartography (IECA), the 14-day incidence rate has dropped 0.1 to 32 cases per 100,000 inhabitants compared to 32.1 on Monday and the 29.8 recorded a week ago.
The 242 positives this Tuesday are added after the 263 on Monday and Sunday, 282 on Saturday, 275 on Friday, 307 on Thursday, 227 on Wednesday and 183 on last Tuesday.
Almeria is the province that registers the most infections with 60, followed by Malaga with 47, Cadiz (33), Seville (32), Granada (29), Cordoba (17), Huelva (16) and Jaén with eight.
The five deaths are registered in Seville (two), Almeria, Malaga and Granada (one each).
