The celebrated Sinoidal Ensemble saxophone quartet will play two concerts on the Costa del Sol later this month. Organised by Marbella-based Project Music, the classical music events will take place in the D-Wine restaurant in Marbella on Wednesday 26, and at Truffels Restaurant in Elviria on 27 February.
Since its creation in 2013, the Malaga quartet has gained a reputation as one of the finest saxophone quartets in Spain. The group, who released their first recording in 2019, have performed at chamber music events all over Spain.
The repertoire for the concerts will include the music of Bach, Scarlatti and Ligeti, and the performance will end with a 30 minute question and answer session.
Tickets for the performance in D-Wine cost 60 euros and includes welcome drinks and a three-course dinner. Tickets for the Truffles concert cost 38 euros and include welcome drinks and canapés. Both events start at 8pm.
A percentage of the proceeds from both concerts will be donated to Knitted Knockers.
