The Great Aerobatic Circus of China will stop in Torremolinos for a one-off performance at the Auditorium Príncipe de Asturias on Friday 14 February. The award-winning circus will present Dream Trip, a heart-stopping show of Chinese circus tradition combined with acrobatics.
More than 30 artists, including a good number of Olympic medallists and several from the Cirque du Soleil, will invite the audience to travel on a magical journey that features mind-blowing tricks, death-defying acts and graceful choreography loaded with colour and excitement.
The protagonist of the show, which the New York Times described as "a delight to the five senses", is a child who enters a fantasy world and falls in love with a phoenix.
China's prestigious Great Aerobatic Circus has amazed audiences around the world with feats and demonstrations of physical strength, balance, and agility as they perform routines of compelling choreography.
Torremolinos is one of 20 performances that will be offered by the circus on its three-month tour of Spain and Portugal.
Tickets for the show, which starts at 7pm, cost 27.50 euros.
