Gaucín. This weekend, Saturday 30 November and Sunday 1 December, the Gaucín Christmas Fair celebrates its 25th anniversary.

Around 40 stalls have been reserved selling quality gifts, jewellery and local artisan products from 10am to 5pm in front of the new town hall building.

The whole road will be closed off to accommodate the bar and lunch area, as well as live music all day long. On the Saturday, Marcus Myers and The Poozy Brothers will be performing while on Sunday it’s the turn of Elizabeth Zeder and Mark Colley.

Many local charities will be represented and this year the newly formed ADECA Gaucín animal charity commissioned the local school to design a calendar. The 12 winning entries were selected by renowned artist Joseba Sánchez Zabaleta and will be on sale at the fair and all the 100 entries will be on display.

Every year the Gaucín Christmas Fair attracts many visitors from far and wide. For more information call 677 054 284.
