The spirit of Austin Texas, the live music capital of the world, comes to Malaga and Cadiz for the fourth year running for the Pueblos Blancos Music Festival.

From 8 to 11 August, cowboy hats and country music will be filling the plazas of Ronda, Montejaque, Grazalema and Villalengua del Rosario.

Around twenty bands have flown over from America (mainly Austin, Houston and Nashville), Costa Rica, the UK, Brazil and Mexico and there is also a local band from Montejaque performing. The range of music genres include rock, blues, country, texmex, jazz, funk and R&B.

As a preview for the festival there will be a rock concert in the Arena Marbella on 7 August with Burning, La Frontera, Rubén Pozo and Lichis among the performers. Tickets for this start at 30 euros; the rest of the concerts are free.
