International soprano Teresa Karcher will perform at the Kempinski Hotel Bahía in Estepona next Thursday 21 March.
As part of the hotel's Art Series 2019, Teresa will sing classical music accompanied by Nicole Panizza on the piano.
Teresa was born in Germany but raised just outside Malaga. She discovered her love of singing and dancing from an early age, going on to study flamenco at Amor de Dios in Madrid and the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London.
Teresa has a special affinity with Spanish music and has a varied repertoire, performing twice at the Auditorio Manuel de Falla of Granada, Spain.
With a focus on Spanish composers as a tribute to her adopted homeland, her concert will include popular pieces such as Habanera and Seguidilla from Carmen, Las Morillas de Jaén, by Federico García Lorca, and La soirée dans Grenade by Debussy.
Tickets are available at the hotel's reception and cost 20 euros per adult, and 10 euros for children and students under 20 years old. Groups of six or more receive a complimentary ticket.
Concert and post-concert three-course menu at Baltazár Bar & Grill for 60 euros will also be available.
The concert starts at 7.30pm and entry includes pre-concert welcome drinks.
