The Kingsmen, an all-male a cappella group consisting of students from Columbia University in New York, are to perform three concerts on the Costa del Sol this month.
The tour has been organised by Project Music Management and the first show will be at the Marbella International University on Wednesday 23 May.
The celebrated chamber choir will also perform at the Velvet Restaurant in Nueva Andalucía on 24 May and at the Avanto beach restaurant on 25 May.
The Kingsmen were founded in 1948 at the request of Dwight Eisenhower, who, at the time, was President of Columbia University. Since then, the group has performed in venues such as Carnegie Hall and The Lincoln Center. They have sung for several presidents of the United States and appeared on The Ed Sullivan Show, becoming one of the most celebrated a cappella groups in America.
Tickets for Wednesday's show, which will be held in the gardens of the university at 8pm, cost 15 euros. Thursday's performance at the Velvet Restaurant will include welcome drinks and canapés, plus tapas during the interval. Tickets cost 30 euros and the show begins at 8.30pm.
Tickets for the final show at the Avanto Restaurant cost 25 euros and include welcome drinks and canapés. Show starts at 8.30pm.
