The TAIL rescue refuge in Torrox was founded by Sue Whewell and aims to rescue, care for, and find homes for stray, neglected and abandoned dogs in the Torrox area.

TAIL has links with other European partners to find permanent homes for the dogs. Currently they are working with collaborators in Germany, Holland, Finland and Denmark.

The dog show on Saturday will include a competition with 15 classes, stalls selling cakes and crafts, a tombola and a raffle.

In the event of bad weather, information about alternative arrangements will be posted on Facebook.
