The International Guitar Festival is returning to Ronda from 6 to 10 June.
It unites Spanish guitar players from across the world and is the initiative of the Guitaronda cultural association .
The festival has been planned by artistic director Paco Seco, renowned international guitar player and event promoter, and Lucy Stewart, festival organiser in collaboration with Turismo de Ronda, RC Strings, Real Maestranza de Ronda, Stephen Hill Guitars and other sponsors.
The festival will consist of five concerts with musicians from Spain, Italy, Costa Rica, Turkey and Portugal including the Paco Seco Trío, Manuel Montero, Roberto Fabbri, José Carlos Gómez, Ruiz del Puerto, Sinan Ayyildiz and Cuarteto Concordis.
The concert is not restricted to flamenco music but is open to all genres such as classical, contemporary, improvised, Turkish etc.
