  • Around 217 different events, including free access to museums, art galleries, concerts and theatres are scheduled this Saturday for 'Noche en Blanco'

The number of events planned for the ‘Noche en Blanco’ in Malaga next week end has been reduced from previous years. This is to try to give the occasion a more cultural feel with activities starting an hour earlier than usual. Around 217 different events including free access to museums, art galleries, concerts and theatres will be available to the public.

This year, organisers have created a special app called ‘Personal Dreamer’ which is available for iOS or Android devices.

The motto is ‘217 reasons not to sleep’ and with some events continuing until 2am, visitors are unlikely to get to their beds before dawn.

The English Cemetery will also be taking part in ‘Noche en Blanco’ on 20 May and is conducting free guided tours from 9pm onwards. Tickets are available from the 16th at 9am on a first come, first served basis. Only the 9pm tour will be in English.
