Swimmers make a splash in San Pedro

More than 250 swimmers from across the region took part in the race, which started and finished on La Salida beach

More than 250 swimmers from across the region participated in the eighth San Pedro swimming race, with both start and finish line on La Salida beach.

Family and friends cheered on from the sands, as competitors, including paratriathlete and Marbella councillor Javier Mérida, swam the 400 or longer 2,000-metre courses. Prizes ranged from 50 and 150 euros.
