Decisions need to be made over the future of forwards Michael Santos and Adalberto Peñaranda as Malaga CF looks once more at the South American market to recruit players.
The pair have hardly featured since arriving last summer and in the January window, respectively, and, along with fullback Roberto Rosales, currently occupy the three squad spaces for non-EU nationals.
It is understood that Malaga are currently in talks with a number of companies, including Brokers Fútbol, which own the rights to players across the continent.
In fact, Malaga have been offered six players, three of which do not have EU papers (Felipe Oliveira, Gabriel Lima and Lucas Yanase), which they would not be able to sign unless they first free up space in the squad for non-EU nationals.
