Migrant rescue ship told it can't come to Spain

The acting government has said that it doesn't want migrant rescue ship, Open Arms, to come to Spain.

The Mayor of Valencia had offered the city as a place of refuge for the vessel which is carrying 121 migrants found off the coast of Libya but with no port to go to.

The government said it was up to all Europe to help and that Spain couldn't always be seen as the easiest option.
