Belgium says 'no' to extraditing other rebel Catalan politicians due to 'technical error'

The legal situation of the various former Catalan politicians in self-imposed exile in Europe was back in the spotlight this week. Courts in Scotland, Belgium and Germany are still deciding whether to extradite some separatist leaders to Spain on a variety of charges including rebellion and embezzlement.
