Arrests made over Marbella town centre shooting

The National Police have got to the bottom of the murder of Milos Perunic, the 41-year-old Montenegrin shot dead with a sub-machine gun in Marbella town centre in the middle of the day on 2 June.

The investigation, led by the special team set up specifically to deal with score-settling incidents at the provincial police station, has so far resulted in four arrests, two of whom are alleged to have been directly involved in the incident - the shooter and his accomplice on a motorcycle.

The pair were tracked down to Catalonia.
