The National Police are investigating the circumstances of the death of a man whose body was found on the beach at the mouth of the Guadalhorce river in Malaga city on Monday morning.
The body was discovered by a member of the public shortly after 7am when several police units were dispatched to the scene.
The victim's hands and feet were held together with cable ties but there were no external signs of violence, according to sources.
