Two Costa town halls approved their 2020 budgets in the final council sessions of the year over the last week.

In Estepona, spending for next year was set at 105.8 million euros, with a predicted income of 103.9 million.

Twenty-six million euros will go to pay off the debt and there will be 7.5 million for a new town hall.

Marbella finally approved its budget on Monday with a 295-million-euro planned expenditure, up 4.33 per cent on this year.
