Runaway delivery van careers down steps in Frigiliana

Fortunately, there were no injuries

A van carrying ice for distribution to shops and bars careered down 13 steps in Calle Puerta del Molino in Frigiliana last Friday after the driver failed to put the hand brake on properly.

The van, which was parked in Calle Rosarico La Joaquín, while the driver was delivering the ice, was prevented from going further by a newly installed handrail.

Fortunately no one was using the steps at the time and there were no injuries.
