The Club Med group, which will open a new five-star resort in Marbella in March 2020, has announced that the process to recruit 300 new staff members is now open.

"The company is offering a chance to work in a multicultural environment where kindness is the main driver for our relationship with our customers," a statement from the chain published on Monday read.

The roles will be split into two groups. Two hundred people are needed to fill roles in customer service, as sommeliers or as sports instructors. A further 100 roles are available as technical, kitchen and cleaning staff.

The chain, world-renowned as leaders of the 'all-inclusive' brand of holiday, are particularly interested in those aged 18 to 35 as this generation, they say, is "the most valuable".

The hotel, which will be called Club Med Magna Marbella, is the old Hotel Don Miguel and will have 350 rooms, three swimming pools, a spa and two gourmet restaurants.

Details of all of the roles available can be found on the group's careers-dedicated website.
