The first all-inclusive luxury hotel complex in Spain created by Greek chain Ikos is starting to take shape.
Works have got under way to transform the current Hotel Princess in Estepona into a beachfront complex with 411 rooms and 11 swimming pools.
The contract has been awarded to Acciona Contrucciones y Sando. Construction is expected to last 15 months at a cost of 55 million euros, taking the total investment up to around 75 million.
