Malaga heads list for new company creation in Andalucía in 2017

Malaga has once again topped the list of provinces in Andalucía for the creation of new companies.

Based on 2017 data, there were 3.5 per cent more companies in the province compared to the regional average of 2.5 per cent.

There were 73.5 companies for every thousand people in Malaga province, three points above the national average. Only 60.1 per cent of the registered companies made a profit however, the lowest in all Andalucía.
