Prosecutors are asking for 28 years for a man accused of shooting another in the back of the neck in a quiet residential area of Marbella at night in March 2017.
They allege that the 30-year-old was killed after a meeting discussing a drug deal. The accused is said to have tampered with the victim's motorcycle, which they were both riding, forcing it to stop in the Lomas de Río Verde area, near Puerto Banús at night, before carrying out the crime. The victim's body was found by a pizza delivery driver.
