A student from a secondary school in Mijas has been given a six-month suspended jail sentence and told to pay damages and legal fees after being found guilty of assaulting and wounding her English teacher.
The sentence concluded that the girl had tried to boycott her test, undermined her teacher's authority, then kicked a chair at her before saying "I haven't done anything yet".
