The sale of plots of land on a new industrial and logistics estate in the Guadalhorce valley is expected to start in the first half of next year.

The estate is located next to the new Guadalhorce valley local hospital near Cártama and covers 121,000 square metres. Developers Flove Fahala SL started preparing the site in June last year.

The land was reclassified from residential to industrial use as part of the original deal to cede the land for the hospital. The owners have said they have had a lot of interest as the plot sizes will be much larger than those currently available in nearby Malaga city.
