British Airways has decided to stop running its summer flights between Malaga and Bristol and Birmingham as from next year. BA's last flights linking the Costa del Sol with the two British airports will leave Malaga at the end of October.
The commercial manager of BA has said that they will not resume the connections next summer because it is "complicated and costly" to run flights from an airport where they do not have cabin crew based. They are working towards finding an "alternative" for future summers.
The airline has said it will fully reimburse customers who had already bought tickets for these routes next summer.
