Almost 28 litres per square metre fell in Archidona on Saturday, as a result of a cold front which brought torrential rain and flash flooding to the province at the end of last week.

After more than 45 litres per square metre of rain fell in Ronda on Thursday, Aemet, the Spanish Met Office, extended its yellow weather warning to the entirety of Malaga province for Friday and much of Saturday.
