How did it feel playing one of the most charismatic villains in cinema history?

When I stepped out onto the film set, I felt the Dark Side of the Force take control of me. Although my role in the film was small, I realised that I was Darth Vader, not Spencer Wilding playing the Lord. The character chooses you, not the other way round.

- Of all the characters that you’ve played, which one felt the most natural?

- I probably identified most with the character of Mason in ‘Green Street 3’. It’s a fim about football hooligans. The film reminded me of my time practising martial arts.

- Across your career, which role has been your favourite?

- I enjoy playing monsters like Frankenstein’s Monster, the Wolf Man in Harry Potter, the Yeti and all of my roles in Game of Thrones. It’s difficult to choose one, as you identify with so many on a personal and spiritual level.
