Higuerón West: engineering with experience from the World Trade Center

Urbania International explained on Monday that Higuerón West 217 has been designed by the world-renowned British architecture and design studio Broadway Malyan.

The properties reflect the high quality achieved by Urbania in exclusive developments such as Icon Marbella. Higuerón West 217 offers large interior and exterior open spaces with terraces with sea views, said the firm's representatives.

The final project, on 500,000 square metres of land, includes more than 100,000 square metres of sustainable parks, green sports facilities, dog parks and picnic areas.

The quality control part of the project will be in the hands of the prestigious engineering firm Hill International, better known for supervising the reconstruction of the space where the World Trade Center once stood in New York. Managing partner of Urbania International, Mark Farber, said, Higueron West 217 is a luxury, sustainable and innovative residential complex. It is a dynamic space that encourages its residents to lead healthier lives.
