The ninth Festival of Christmas Traditions took place in Arroyo de la Miel, Benlmádena, last Saturday.
Organised by Benalmádena council's Foreign Residents Department, the event was a celebration of the diversity of the municipality, with presentations of festive customs from more than a dozen nationalities, including Venezuela, Chile, Brazil, Cuba, India and the UK.
The festival, which was opened by town mayor, Victor Navas, brought the Plaza de la Mezquita to life and included a parade and live music.
