Some of those affected by last week's derailment of a Malaga to Seville train during heavy rain have started proceedings for possible damages.
Their Seville-based lawyer said that there was a malfunction on the service that caused the accident that wounded 37 people.
Meanwhile, a judge in Seville has asked for reports on the state of the train and the line and on what happened, as part of the legal investigation into the accident.
