Man guilty of killing child in water storage pool

Antonio Fernández has been sentenced to 20 years in prison after a jury found him guilty of the murder of a three-year-old boy in the hills behind Malaga.

The jury stated that the toddlers death was deliberate and to get revenge on the mother, who was his partner at the time.

Antonio Fernández threw the child intentionally into a water storage pool, leaving him to drown.
