  • The underground passage will cost 200,000 euros

President of the provincial government, Elías Bendodo announced on Tuesday that 200,000 euros will be spent on the construction of a new underground passage under the road that connects Ronda with Gaucín that will give pedestrians better and safer access to Ronda’s new hospital, the Hospital de la Serranía.

Bendodo, however, also stated that the 200,000 euros will only cover half of the cost and that the Junta de Andalucía will also need to contribute funds in order for the construction to go ahead.
