Leading figure of Camorra arrested in Alhaurín de la Torre

The man is believed to have been leading criminal activities in Spain for the mafia-style organisation

A leading member of the Camorra mafia-style organisation was arrested in the early hours of Saturday morning in Alhaurín de la Torre by National Police.

The international fugitive , who is thought to be the right-hand man of the leader of the Camorra, is believed to be a prominent figure in the group's international drugs ring, trafficking cocaine and cannabis.

He had apparently been leading illegal operations from Spain, acting as the direct contact for the organisations here being supplied with the drugs.
