Members of the Costa Press Club gathered in the C&C Litoral restaurant in Malaga last week for their November meeting. The speaker for the occasion was CPC member Sally Harrison who gave an informal and highly entertaining talk about her varied career in the media, which started when she was a teenager and took her from European tours as a professional ice skater to a career in acting both in film and on TV and on the West End stage, and on to news presenting and hosting radio programmes.

The talk was presented as 'A Pot of Earl Grey with Sally Harrison' and Sally showed a short introductory film before chatting about her career with fellow member Neil Hesketh over a (hypothetical) cup of tea and taking numerous questions from the audience. Sally entertained members with tales of unlikely auditions, accidents involving costume top hats in tents, and all the ups and downs and backstage stratagems of stage and TV.
